Registration Options:

1. Online  (preferred)

• The Conference registration fee is $25 per person ($35 after April 22^nd)
• Up to four persons will be able to register on one transaction
• Payment methods:  credit card, debit card or direct bank transaction (ACH)
• Order one or more Conference T-Shirt(s) at $10 per T-Shirt
• A 3% processing fee will be added for each registration transaction as well as for the T-Shirt purchase to cover costs for the online system

      2.  Via Mail by manually completing a registration form.   Click here to download a copy for printing.                         This form is also available at your parish.

• Complete a separate form for each attendee; you may include multiple registrations on one check
• Make the check payable to St. Gabriel Catholic Community with Men’s Conference on the memo line.
• Mail the check to address specified on the form.
• Your completed registration form and check must be received by Monday, April 22^nd, 2013.  After April 22^nd, you must either register online or at the event site if space is still available.  The onsite registration fee is $35.

Note:  Each Conference attendee must be at least 18 years old.
