- The Conference registration fee is $25 per person ($35 after April 22nd)
- Up to four persons will be able to register on one transaction
- Payment methods: credit card, debit card or direct bank transaction (ACH)
- Order one or more Conference T-Shirt(s) at $10 per T-Shirt
- A 3% processing fee will be added for each registration transaction as well as for the T-Shirt purchase to cover costs for the online system
- Complete a separate form for each attendee; you may include multiple registrations on one check
- Make the check payable to St. Gabriel Catholic Community with Men’s Conference on the memo line.
- Mail the check to address specified on the form.
- Your completed registration form and check must be received by Monday, April 22nd, 2013. After April 22nd, you must either register online or at the event site if space is still available. The onsite registration fee is $35.
